The undisputed Queen of “getting stuff done”, she started as a PA for the directors of a recruitment business, then spent fifteen years as a CIPD-qualified HR Advisor/Project Specialist (for her sins). Natalie moved on from corporate life to raise her children before joining us and very quickly making herself indispensable in terms of people, projects, reporting and admin.
